Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of keystoneeducation.sg and your engagement with Keystone Education's programmes and consulting services. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing keystoneeducation.sg or engaging Keystone Education's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, enquirers, and enrolled families.
2. Our Services
Keystone Education provides: • Strategic admissions consulting for international schools • 1-to-1 bespoke academic mentoring • Small-group masterclasses (maximum 6 students) • IB Diploma and IGCSE subject support • Entrance exam preparation (CAT4, WIDA, iTEP SLATE, ISEB, CEM) • Holiday Intensive Bridge Programmes • Interview coaching and portfolio strategy All services are delivered subject to a separate engagement agreement confirming scope, fees, and schedule.
3. Enrolment and Engagement
Enrolment is confirmed only upon: • Completion of the pre-enrolment diagnostic • Written acceptance of the programme proposal • Receipt of the agreed deposit or first payment Keystone reserves the right to decline any enrolment at our discretion, including where we determine the programme is not a suitable fit for the student.
4. Fees and Payment
Programme fees are agreed in writing prior to commencement. Fees are payable in advance per the schedule set out in your engagement agreement. Keystone does not publish fixed rates on our website. All pricing is discussed during the initial consultation and confirmed in writing. Late payments may result in suspension of sessions until the outstanding balance is settled.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be forfeited unless cancelled due to medical reasons supported by documentation. Keystone will provide at least 48 hours' notice for any session rescheduling. If Keystone cancels a session without adequate notice, a replacement session will be provided at no charge. Programme packages are non-refundable once commenced, except where Keystone is unable to deliver the agreed services.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on keystoneeducation.sg — including text, graphics, methodology materials, diagnostic tools, and programme frameworks — is the intellectual property of Keystone Education. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any Keystone content for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Materials provided to students during their programme are for personal educational use only and may not be shared or distributed.
7. Outcomes and Results
Keystone Education applies its best professional efforts to achieve the outcomes discussed during consultation. However, we cannot guarantee specific academic results, test scores, or school admissions outcomes, as these depend on many factors outside our control. Any statistics quoted on our website (including placement rates) reflect historical outcomes from prior engagements and are not a guarantee of future results.
8. Conduct
Students and parents are expected to engage with Keystone staff respectfully and professionally. Keystone reserves the right to terminate an engagement without refund in cases of abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct directed at our team.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Keystone Education's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of opportunity or failure to gain admission to a specific school.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
